Henkel's path to a new generation of VMI

Henkel, a global consumer goods company managing thousands of SKUs and hundreds of customer delivery points across North America, faced a scaling challenge with its Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program: processes were manual, Excel-driven and non-standardized, preventing expansion and advanced VMI practices.
