Elmer Candy Corporation, a family-owned seasonal confectioner and America’s second-largest heart box manufacturer, moved its accounting and shipping to Sage X3 and faced a heavily customized legacy EDI environment that required custom coding and manual work to print labels, update maps, and onboard trading partners. To support the Sage X3 migration and handle holiday shipping spikes and 40+ trading partners, Elmer selected TrueCommerce and its TrueCommerce EDI solution.

TrueCommerce implemented TrueCommerce EDI (with optional EDI Labeling) integrated with Sage X3, migrating 40+ trading partners in two months and automating document translation, ASNs and UCC-128 label generation, and map management.
