Compac Industries, Inc., a fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of home and personal care brands, needed to automate and unify order processing across B2B and B2C channels to meet requirements from large retailers and handle rapid online growth without adding staff. To do this it selected TrueCommerce’s EDI platform and the Nexternal eCommerce platform integrated with Sage 50 to link marketplace, EDI and ERP workflows.

The result was fewer fulfillment errors, a faster, smoother workflow and strong scalability (supporting expansion into some 50,000 stores); Compac estimates ROI in a couple of months and says one person now handles the bulk of order processing versus needing roughly three additional hires without TrueCommerce.
