Cavender’s, a family-owned western and workwear retailer with 84 stores across 14 states and a strong online presence, needed to replace its EDI vendor with a strategic partner that could advance vendor collaboration, analytics and omnichannel fulfillment while integrating with its existing Jesta Vision Suite ERP. To meet those goals Cavender’s selected the TrueCommerce ecUtopia Platform as the vendor and platform to drive those initiatives.

TrueCommerce implemented the ecUtopia Platform integrated with Jesta, delivering EDI-driven capabilities, automated three-way PO/packing-slip/invoice matching, exception reporting and an EDI portal for smaller vendors.
