CaseStack Combines VMI with Retailer Consolidation to Streamline CPG Replenishment

CaseStack, a leading CPG-focused supply chain services provider, needed to streamline replenishment for many small-to-mid and niche suppliers serving large retailers—reducing DC congestion, days-of-supply, and reactive ordering while improving on-time performance and shelf availability. The program reduced retailer days-of-supply by 20–25%, increased service levels by about 10%, and lifted sales of VMI-controlled items by roughly 10%, while enabling more proactive replenishment and scalable onboarding of niche suppliers.
