Buttonwood Grove Winery, an award‑winning producer in New York’s Finger Lakes, struggled with manual cash registers, disconnected on‑site and online sales channels, and no integration with QuickBooks—making growth, reporting and direct marketing difficult. To modernize, the winery worked with WineryConnect to deploy Revel POS and the TrueCommerce Nexternal eCommerce storefront and wine club platform.

WineryConnect implemented an integrated ecosystem connecting Revel, TrueCommerce Nexternal and QuickBooks Online, adding one‑click UPS label printing, MailChimp customer syncing and a built‑in wine club.
