Graham, a leading UK plumbing, heating and sanitaryware merchant with 250+ branches, struggled with a manual, fax-based ordering process and limited visibility into supplier fulfilment, causing delays, error-prone follow-ups and no accurate supplier delivery performance data. To modernize its supply chain and get suppliers working smarter, Graham engaged TrueCommerce to deploy its On Demand Electronic Trading Solution using the OneTime connection.

TrueCommerce implemented the OneTime architecture to electronically link Graham’s branches and ~130 suppliers for POs, invoices, acknowledgements, ASNs and GRNs, processing nearly 400,000 orders (2,000,000 order lines) — 96% of order volume — and enabling real-time monitoring and supplier KPIs.
