UGG, a leading footwear and apparel retailer known for its Classic sheepskin boots, wanted to personalize the shopping experience as its assortment grew into new styles and categories. In partnership with True Fit and using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, UGG aimed to increase consumer confidence online, especially for shoppers trying unfamiliar products or purchasing for the first time.

True Fit implemented its Genome for footwear and apparel and Confidence Engine across UGG’s catalog, with a quick cartridge integration that got the brand live before the 2015 holiday season. The result was a more personalized UX, a significant reduction in fit-related returns, and a 2x conversion increase for True Fit users.
