Kate Farms, a medical nutrition company, needed a better way to encourage patients and families to complete an anonymous survey and wanted to compensate respondents while tracking and auditing results in real time. They worked with TruCentive and REDCap, the secure survey platform used for the study, to improve response collection and streamline the process.

TruCentive integrated with REDCap to deliver deidentified digital compensation through branded emails with Kate Farms’ logo and thank-you message. The approach drove a 271% increase in survey response rate, an 83% reduction in survey completion time, an 80% compensation consumption rate, and a 50% reduction in staff hours, while allowing Kate Farms to monitor activity in real time.
