Auto-Chlor System, a national leader in commercial cleaning services with more than 5,000 customers and 120 service locations across the US, needed a way to reduce avoidable workplace accidents caused by distracted driving. The company wanted an enforceable mobile device policy for its fleet of service representatives without disrupting operations, and it also wanted better visibility into driver behavior for coaching and performance improvement. TRUCE Software provided the mobile device safety solution used to address this challenge.

Auto-Chlor System implemented TRUCE Software’s TRUCE platform to block distracting apps and functions while employees were driving, allowing only essentials like navigation, music, and voice dialing. The system also sent automatic replies to incoming texts and gave managers reporting and policy controls through a web-based console. As a result, Auto-Chlor reduced preventable accidents, lowered avoidable downtime and expense from out-of-service vehicles, and gained better insight into driver performance.
