Eileen Fisher, a sustainable fashion brand and certified B-Corp, wanted to turn its organic resale efforts into a scalable business while keeping more garments in circulation and reaching new audiences. As its takeback program grew to more than 1.5 million returned items, the company faced the challenge of sorting, cleaning, and reselling large volumes of uncatalogued “snowflake” inventory efficiently.

Trove provided Eileen Fisher with an end-to-end, white-label resale platform and operations support for its RENEW circular shopping business. With Trove, Eileen Fisher launched a successful online resale store, saw RENEW customer lifetime value rise 107%, and reached 2.5x second-year sales growth; 50% of RENEW customers were new to the brand, the average shopper spent $326, and resale has delivered more than 226,741 kg in carbon savings to date.
