Procter & Gamble, a global consumer goods company with more than 100,000 employees and roughly 250 brands, needed a way to train staff worldwide without the high cost and lost time of travel. The challenge was to deliver hundreds of brand- and policy-related courses online with an authoring tool that was powerful, easy for nondevelopers to use, and able to integrate with P&G’s Saba Learning Management System.
