Boehringer‑Ingelheim, a top‑20 global pharmaceutical firm, needed a scalable way to deliver consistent, brand‑specific training to about 500 field and office staff in its Prescription Medicine Division. With teams across the UK, Spain and the US responsible for different brands, the challenge was to give subject experts the ability to create and update eLearning quickly while maintaining quality and shareability.

The division adopted Lectora (and its PowerPoint Integrator) for in‑house authoring, enabling rapid conversion of existing materials into interactive courses, adding elements like voiceovers, and easily exchanging content across teams. Learner surveys showed high satisfaction, management achieved the goal of delivering more learning for the same budget, and in‑house development and cross‑country adoption of the tool continue to grow.
