Brown Brothers Harriman upgrades Boston headquarters with TRITECH Communications and a $2,000,000 AV project

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), a global private bank and investment firm, faced the challenge of modernizing its historic Boston headquarters. While gutting and renovating the iconic Art Deco building, BBH needed to balance its traditional history with the installation of state-of-the-art technology to serve its international clientele. TRITECH Communications was brought in as the technology integrator to meet this challenge.

TRITECH implemented a comprehensive unified communications solution featuring Skype for Business. This included equipping 30 large videoconferencing rooms and 75 smaller huddle spaces with plug-and-play connectivity, Crestron control systems, and room scheduling technology. The result was a standardized, easy-to-use system that facilitates global communication. TRITECH handled all integration, engineering, and installation for this $2 million project and continues to provide ongoing support to BBH across multiple offices.
