American Bankers Association equips 87,000-square-foot HQ with TRITECH Communications for flawless Zoom rooms

The American Bankers Association (ABA) faced the challenge of equipping its new headquarters with a robust video conferencing system to support its hybrid workforce, requiring BYOD capabilities in all meeting spaces. With an 11-month timeline complicated by COVID-19 supply shortages, ABA partnered with TRITECH Communications to design a solution that could be monitored and controlled centrally to minimize downtime.

TRITECH implemented an AVoIP network with Crestron NVX systems for centralized control, installing high-end displays, PTZ cameras, and microphones in key rooms like the boardroom and large conference rooms. The solution included all-in-one video conferencing systems for team rooms and a digital signage network. According to the ABA, the resulting Zoom-centric facility works flawlessly, with staff and outside guests reporting very few issues and the system meeting all its intended requirements.
