A leading energy company faced a tight two-month deadline to install advanced AV systems in its new Washington, DC office, a historic building in a busy area near a secure facility. The challenge involved working in unfinished spaces, protecting completed work, and testing in a chaotic environment. The company required several meeting spaces, including a large central area for company-wide meetings and social functions. TRITECH Communications was awarded the contract to provide the audio visual solutions through a competitive bid process.

TRITECH Communications equipped the boardroom with dual LG 98” displays, multiple cameras, and a ceiling microphone system, all controlled by their custom software. Additional conference rooms received similar LG displays, while the central meeting space was fitted with a high-brightness ceiling projector and a sound system. A digital signage system with multiple displays was also installed throughout the office. The project was completed on time and under budget with only a minimal punch list, receiving positive feedback from the client and other project stakeholders for the team's outstanding performance.
