Limagrain’s IT Department chooses Triskell Software for its project portfolio management

Limagrain’s IT Department, part of the first European seed company, selected Triskell Software to improve its project portfolio management. Facing tighter economic constraints, rising performance expectations from client departments, several large ERP initiatives, and variable PPM maturity across the IT team, Limagrain chose the Triskell Software platform as a SaaS PPM solution to industrialize and standardize its project engagement process.

Triskell Software delivered a cloud-based, single-instance PPM platform implemented in an agile, incremental rollout (with a first production release planned for Q4 2015) and configured to Limagrain’s backlog-driven priorities. The SaaS approach avoided dedicated infrastructure, simplified reconfiguration, and enabled the IT PMO to better manage ERP projects and mature PPM practices, with the industrialized engagement process targeted to be operational by the end of 2016.
