ARVAL Spain's PMO chooses Triskell Software as PPM solution

Arval Spain, the Spanish Project Management Office of Arval — a global leasing and mobility services company owned by BNP Paribas with around 7,000 employees — needed to move from a manual, Excel-based portfolio process (where a single person consolidated information) to a scalable PPM tool to support rapid business evolution and new mobility services. To address poor resource control and lack of automated reporting, Arval selected Triskell Software’s PPM solution in January 2020.

Triskell Software delivered a flexible, cloud-based PPM platform configured to Arval’s processes and implemented in a record three weeks, replacing Excel with centralized dashboards, automated reporting, and portfolio-level management of budgets, costs and risks while meeting BNP Paribas security policies. The implementation gave each project manager autonomous access, automated processes that saved management time, and — 18 months on — a more efficient, organized project portfolio aligned with Arval’s strategic plans.
