Adisseo, a global leader in animal nutrition additives, faced challenges in managing its R&I innovation projects with inefficient Excel and PowerPoint-based systems. This made consolidating data, steering the project portfolio, and producing effective reporting difficult. To address this, they implemented the Triskell Software PPM solution to improve innovation management.

The solution implemented by Triskell Software, named OnePilot, provided a centralized tool for all R&I activities, including global project steering and resource management for 150 employees. The results included standardized project reporting, one-click visualization of the Master Plan for real-time decision-making, and optimized resource allocation. Triskell enabled the consolidation of all project data into a single database for improved strategic indicators and portfolio management.
