Great River Energy, a not-for-profit power supplier serving 28 distribution cooperatives and about 1.7 million people in Minnesota and Wisconsin, needed to upgrade and automate its IT systems to ensure security and meet financial auditors’ requirements and NERC regulatory standards. With growing services and increasing cyberthreats to critical infrastructure, the company sought a scalable change and configuration management solution to maintain security configurations and reduce manual audit burden.
