The New Orleans Hotel Collection, a group of seven boutique hotels in New Orleans, wanted to grow direct bookings and reduce reliance on OTAs, which were driving about 40% of its reservations. The team worked with Triptease and began using the Triptease Platform, starting with Price Check to improve price transparency and support direct sales.
Triptease’s solution delivered strong results: one hotel saw a 24.5% increase in direct bookings after Price Check was introduced, while two others recorded gains of 17% and 15.3%. The hotel group later added Triptease Enchantment Messaging across five hotels, which generated $242,000 in incremental revenue between May and July 2016 and helped boost online enrolments for its Stash Rewards program.
