Bringing Better Service to Their Community

One Care Home & Community Support Services is a not‑for‑profit that runs EasyRide™, a shared transportation program serving older adults across Huron and Perth Counties. Faced with fragmented, agency‑specific processes—different eligibility rules, funders, systems and poor interagency communication—clients had difficulty accessing services and operational costs and customer satisfaction were suffering.

One Care implemented TripSpark’s demand‑response/NEMT software with centralized scheduling, dispatching, routing and billing, enabling shared data, streamlined office work and real‑time reporting. The result was faster, more efficient service with increased capacity and staff/participant satisfaction, freed up funds for service delivery, and more reliable access to appointments and community activities for seniors and people with disabilities.
