TripShot implemented its unified mobility management software and True-Time® technology to streamline Sun Shuttle's fixed route and on-demand services. The solution provided accurate, GPS-based ETAs and a modern platform for drivers and dispatchers, replacing inefficient manual processes. As a result, Sun Shuttle maintained a 99% on-time performance for fixed routes and now serves 450-500 riders monthly with its on-demand service, significantly improving operational efficiency and rider freedom.
