The University of Denver (DU) faced challenges in providing a reliable and sustainable campus transit service, including driver issues and technology shortcomings after their initial mobility provider exited. To address this, they partnered with vendor TripShot to implement its unified mobility management platform for their shuttle operations.

TripShot's solution provided the flexibility to manage both fixed route and on-demand services, which proved essential for adapting to COVID-19 protocols and increasing ridership demands. The results were highly positive, with on-demand rides receiving a 96% 5-star rating and ridership growing at an average of 107% per year from 2019 to 2023, allowing DU to effectively meet its sustainability goals.
