Washington University in St. Louis (WashU) sought to modernize its outdated campus transit services, which lacked reliability and after-hour options and required students with medical needs to call in ride requests. They partnered with TripShot for a future-facing transportation solution to improve efficiency and rider support.

TripShot implemented its comprehensive platform, including Fixed Route and On Demand services, along with Single Sign-On and Points of Interest. The implementation was completed within eight weeks, providing the university with real-time tracking and communication tools. As a result, WashU saw a 67% increase in On Demand ridership and a 40% increase in Fixed Route ridership from 2023 to 2024, significantly improving the commuting experience.
