Solferino, the Italian Red Cross event held in June 2019, needed a reliable way to manage registration, payments, accreditation, and communications for thousands of volunteers and participants across multiple groups and languages. Trippus was brought in to support the online registration process and welcome desk operations, using its event registration, payment, ticketing, and communication tools.

Trippus delivered multilingual event pages, online registration and authorization workflows, integrated payment solutions, mobile tickets, print-on-demand accreditation, an event app, and SMS communication, while also providing on-site support throughout the week-long event. The result was a highly successful operation with 8,546 volunteers registered online, 7,354 torches booked, 5,526 tent beds booked, and 15,667 meals booked, helping Solferino manage a complex international event efficiently.
