Forklift Pedestrian Safety Systems for Beko

Beko, a global industry leader operating in 9 countries across 35 production sites, with a dedicated workforce of 45,000 employees, recognized the need to elevate safety and efficiency across their extensive operations. To achieve this, a comprehensive set of solutions was implemented featuring 26,000 pedestrian tags, 1,000 forklift safety sets, and 1,800 zone-based deceleration points. This project, the largest forklift safety initiative by Trio Mobil with a multi-country rollout, not only enhanced safety but also significantly improved operational efficiency. By effectively managing forklift operations and pedestrian safety, Beko experienced a remarkable reduction in near-miss incidents and enhanced employee satisfaction.
