JacTravel, a travel company integrating operations after acquiring The TotalStay Group, needed better visibility into its APIs, inventory, performance, and financial planning as it scaled and managed multiple systems. To address this, it used Triometric’s API monitoring and XML analytics platform to support onboarding, capacity planning, XML comparison checks, operational monitoring, inventory management, and data centre migration.

Triometric provided JacTravel with business intelligence that helped align supply with demand, support budgeting and long-term planning, and simplify integration between the two companies’ previously separate systems. The case study does not cite specific numerical results, but it says Triometric has been instrumental in supporting the integration and will continue to support JacTravel’s future growth plans.
