Velosio, a North American business applications and ERP services firm, was struggling with a highly manual, Excel-based month-end close that caused sync issues, lack of standardization and visibility, and limited trust in the accuracy of their data. The finance team needed an easy-to-use solution to streamline reconciliations, standardize processes, and reduce days to close.

Velosio implemented Trintech’s Adra Balancer and Task Manager, leveraging integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 to automate balance sheet reconciliations and close tasks. The change created a clear audit trail, improved cross-team productivity and visibility, and reduced month-end close time by two business days (from 7–8 days to 5 days), with broader use of the platform now extending to commissions and tax deliverables.
