Susan G. Komen, the global breast cancer nonprofit, faced a fragmented, manual reconciliation process: headquarters and about 120 affiliates each reconciled multiple credit card merchant accounts and balance sheet GL accounts in Excel, consuming roughly 120 staff resources and creating errors, delays and limited visibility into financials.
