Schulte Hospitality, a family-owned real estate and hospitality company that manages 150+ hotels and owns Joella’s Hot Chicken (17 locations), faced complex reconciliation challenges. A DoorDash partnership generating about $300K/month in delivery sales produced calendar-month, order-level files that didn’t align with Schulte’s fiscal periods and contained many columns (sales, taxes, commissions, marketing, errors), making POS-to-settlement reconciliations time-consuming and error-prone.

Implementing ReconNET by Trintech allowed Schulte to retrieve DoorDash files by payment date to match fiscal periods, run auto-recs, record fees quickly, and identify restaurant-level errors and POS variances.
