Auxis, a Ft. Lauderdale–based consulting and nearshore outsourcing firm specializing in finance and accounting BPO services, needed a financial close automation solution to give clients greater transparency, higher quality and confidence that tasks wouldn’t “fall through the cracks.” Because it serves many clients, Auxis required a multi-tenant, ERP-agnostic tool that it could implement and configure in-house to reduce rework and improve first-time accuracy.
Auxis implemented Adra by Trintech in 2019—piloting Balancer, Matcher and Task Manager—then rolled it out to clients. The solution cut bank reconciliation time by two-thirds, automated most balance-sheet reconciliations, virtually eliminated missed close due dates, and reduced rework; Auxis now runs about 7,000 tasks monthly across ~30 business units and reports net promoter scores 30% higher than industry peers.
