Podiatry Insurance Company of America (PICA), a provider of liability insurance, needed to streamline its inefficient, manual forms processing for applications, renewals, and claims. To overcome this challenge, PICA partnered with Trinisys, utilizing its On-Image Data Entry and integration engine alongside its existing OnBase document management system.

The Trinisys solution automated data capture from forms and integrated it across PICA's business applications. This automation drastically reduced processing times, cutting policy renewals from 20 minutes to 2 and claim processing by 30 minutes per claim. Trinisys also increased data integrity, allowed the use of less-skilled labor, and enabled consistent, rule-based processing across the organization.
