Medical Mutual, a North Carolina-based physician-owned professional liability insurer, sought to differentiate itself in a competitive market by modernizing its largely paper-based operations. To address this, they engaged vendor Trinisys to develop a streamlined digital solution.

Trinisys implemented a solution using its Data Entry and Web Forms technologies, integrated with Medical Mutual's existing OnBase system. This provided customers with online tools to view policies, submit new applications, and manage their information, while also creating an administrative portal for internal staff. The results delivered by Trinisys included greatly increased processing speeds, reduced errors, and a flexible system that simplified complex processes, providing policy holders with a new level of customer service.
