mcSquares is a Denver-based maker of portable, erasable dry-erase products (like the mcSquares Tablet and Stickies) founded by Anthony Franco to solve what he calls “The Introvert Problem.” After a surge in demand following a Shark Tank appearance, the 5–19 person manufacturer needed to scale quickly but was spending too much time on HR, payroll and benefits administration and found their small-group health plan increasingly unsustainable for hiring and retention.
