YESCO Electrical Supply Inc., a locally owned distributor founded in 1986, serves industrial, commercial and residential customers and stocks over 20,000 products (500,000 cataloged SKUs) from 400+ manufacturers. The company struggled with fragmented, manual processes—RFQs arriving as Excel files, PDFs and handwritten notes—leading to time-consuming data entry, errors and the need to modernize warehousing, logistics and product data management to improve customer service.

YESCO implemented Trimble’s Distributor One suite, including Trimble Content Solutions, Construction Xchange and Trade Service pricing, to clean and standardize product data, import manufacturer content into its ERP and enable instant bid-time pricing and quotes in contractors’ estimating systems. The result was faster, more accurate quotes, enhanced eCommerce and contractor connectivity, automated workflows, reduced operating costs and sales performance that exceeded targets.
