Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS) is a nonprofit health care system with 2,588 beds across Connecticut, New York and Rhode Island that needed to unify its facilities department after recent mergers. The organization faced the challenge of aligning business processes and implementing software integrations that could capture budgets and the procurement cycle, manage complex GMP contracts, and keep finance and project records in sync across multiple departments.

Enstoa implemented e-Builder Enterprise in phased rollouts, integrating it with YNHHS’s Infor ERP and planning tools and using the Processes module tied to Cost Management to enforce cost controls and approval workflows. The robust integration synced finance books with project data, improved document, schedule and reporting workflows, enabled organization-wide adoption, and centralized cross-disciplinary data—delivering greater transparency and accountability and contributing to industry recognition in 2020.
