University of Virginia Reaps Rewards of Integrated PMIS Workflow

The University of Virginia, a large public research university with a $200M+ annual capital program and more than 22,000 on-campus students, was managing 665+ renovation and construction projects with fragmented files, siloed cost data, and an inconsistent, email- and paper-driven change-order process that limited visibility and efficiency.

In March 2014 UVA implemented e-Builder Enterprise to centralize documents, standardize change orders, and integrate with AIM AssetWorks and OnBase for real-time updates.
