Turner International Middle East (TiME), the regional arm of Turner Construction, served as project manager for the Burj Khalifa — an 828 m, 160‑story landmark that generated hundreds of thousands of documents and required tight coordination among owners, consultants and contractors. To avoid risks and schedule delays over the six‑year build, TiME needed a robust document-management and reporting solution capable of handling long record retention and complex workflows.

TiME implemented Prolog Manager quickly, imported early Excel logs, and put 175 internal and external users on Prolog’s Document Management and reporting tools. Real‑time document tracking, automated logs and custom reports improved visibility and accountability, cut submittal turnaround from 21 to 10 days, aided claims resolution, and helped keep the project on track to its successful completion in January 2010.
