TCR implemented Prolog with support from P7 Integration, who imported 1,600 vendor/subcontractor records, built a Timberline export, and delivered targeted training while rolling out Prolog WebSite for real‑time collaboration. The result: instant, centralized project visibility, reduced RFI closing times from days to hours, a complete audit trail and linked photos online, fewer mistakes and much faster contract administration—freeing staff to manage projects rather than paperwork.
