Roebbelen standardized on Meridian Systems’ Prolog Manager, using a train-the-trainer rollout, custom programming and system integrations to centralize project data and reporting. The result: unified processes that supported ISO 9000 certification, better cycle-time measurement, reduced change order rates (for example, from 9% to 5% and 5% to 1% in some divisions), increased revenue without adding support staff, and stronger customer retention and repeat business.
