SANHA is a family-owned European manufacturer of press-fit pipe systems with more than 50 years’ experience and a strong focus on sustainability. Facing time-consuming design workflows, coordination issues across planners, installers and architects, and the need to ensure engineers always had the latest product information, SANHA set out to use BIM to improve efficiency, reduce errors and support more sustainable building practices.

To solve this, SANHA partnered with Trimble MEPcontent to launch the free SANHA Product Line Placer app for Revit and publish product data on MEPcontent and StabiCAD. The cloud-based tool provides up-to-date components, auto-routing, auto-scaling and automatic BOMs, plus analytics to track usage. As a result, engineers can design systems in about half the time, conflicts are resolved in the planning phase, material waste and rework are reduced, ordering is simplified and SANHA has broadened its reach and customer satisfaction.
