Ryan Companies US, Inc. is a national commercial real estate developer and design-build firm experiencing rapid growth (revenues historically double every five years). To support that growth and improve project execution, Ryan moved away from an ad-hoc mix of legacy systems and sought a single construction project-management platform to enhance the customer experience, standardize processes, scale with the business, integrate with other systems, and enforce accountability.

Ryan selected Meridian’s Proliance and implemented it as part of an integrated ERP stack with Oracle JD Edwards and IPM, rolled out in phases with Morpheus integration and a train‑the‑trainer rollout. The company migrated core data for 1,200 projects and about 450 users; heavy users (60 project assistants) cut budget setup from a full day to under an hour. Proliance delivered real‑time cost visibility, stronger subcontractor controls, standardized workflows and eliminated prior projection shortfalls—driving expected cost savings of $3.2M over two to three years.
