A Trimble Case Study
HDR, Inc., a national architecture, engineering and design-build firm, faced fragmented project information across multiple systems (Primavera for scheduling, ProjectWise for drawings and separate cost tools), which made tracking documents, costs and schedules time-consuming and error-prone. HDR Design‑Build, Inc. wanted a single, integrated system to manage projects from bidding through closeout and to support a company-wide Innovation Center for standardized project controls.
HDR adopted Meridian’s Prolog in a phased rollout (hosted ProjectTalk, then self-hosted Prolog Manager) and later moved to Prolog Converge for web dashboards and interoperability with other Innovation Center tools. The implementation—trained more than 50 users and now using nearly all Prolog modules—delivered standardized processes and reports, reliable forecasting, real‑time project status, elimination of revision confusion, and measurable efficiency gains, with growing adoption across HDR and use on high‑profile projects.
