Paul’s Hauling is a Winnipeg-based bulk transporter of agricultural and petroleum chemicals that has worked with Trimble for two decades. Faced with many facilities to manage, asset- and operations-monitoring challenges, and a growing need to integrate transportation systems with partners, the company needed a unified way to track KPIs and streamline communications across its network.

Paul’s Hauling adopted TMW.Suite as the core of its ERP, integrating imaging, mobile communications and other components into a single application to standardize loading, improve routing and manage journeys. Centralizing orders and driver/routing data allowed better resource deployment and productivity gains—out-of-route miles fell to 1.5% and loading standardization improved by 10%—resulting in safer, more on-time deliveries, faster invoicing and stronger competitive positioning.
