NW Fleet, a maintenance and fleet services provider, needed a more reliable and accessible way to manage shop operations, repair orders, PM schedules, labor, and parts inventory. The company chose Trimble’s TMT Service Center, specifically its software-as-a-service (SaaS) version, to improve system availability and give technicians and office staff easier access from any device.

Trimble implemented the SaaS version of TMT Service Center in summer 2021 after a six-month trial, delivering faster performance, a user-friendly interface, and role-based data visibility for each shop location. The solution also integrated with NW Fleet’s Microsoft accounting software. As a result, NW Fleet reported immediate time savings, better business visibility, and $50,000 in annual savings.
