Nunavut Housing Corporation (NHC) delivers affordable housing across 25 remote communities in Nunavut, serving about 36,000 people across 680,000 square miles with roughly 5,500 public units and 1,600 staff units. Facing a 2‑year, $76.7 million capital program to build 185 more units and manage 200+ ongoing projects, NHC struggled with decentralized processes across three district offices, inconsistent reporting, and unfavorable audit findings that recommended investing in enterprise-wide software.

In April 2017 NHC implemented e-Builder Enterprise — using its processes, cost, document management, and reporting modules and integrating cost updates into workflows — and customized the system to fit organizational needs.
