Norconsult Quality Assures their Projects with Novapoint and Quadri

Norconsult, a large Nordic consultancy with offices in Sweden, was looking for a better way to manage complex road and infrastructure projects with multiple disciplines. Using Trimble’s Novapoint and Quadri, the teams in Malmö and Varberg wanted to improve coordination, work with up-to-date model data, and reduce design errors and clashes.

Trimble’s solution enabled Norconsult to standardize more new projects in Novapoint and use Quadri as a model server and collaboration platform across disciplines. The result was continuous quality control, faster identification of conflicts, better stakeholder communication, and easier access to construction and stakeout data. Norconsult reports that this approach reduces engineering time, production costs, and mistakes while improving overall project quality.
