Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS), the third-largest school division in Virginia serving over 80,000 students across 97 facilities, manages a capital program averaging $141 million per year with many sites and project types. LCPS needed an owner-centric project-management tool that could be used by both internal teams and external partners to centralize information and standardize processes.

After migrating to e-Builder in 2019 and moving to an unlimited license, LCPS expanded to 361 users across construction, planning, facilities, finance and design. e-Builder now serves as the central hub for documents, processes and reporting, streamlining workflows, enabling remote work during COVID-19, and delivering time and cost savings while opening the system to broader stakeholder access and future O&M use by school principals.
