BHSF implemented Meridian Systems’ Proliance software with systems integrator Runding, using a phased rollout focused on contract, budget and change-order management, plus Cognos business intelligence for executive reporting. The solution standardized workflows, sped approvals, improved reporting and collaboration, reduced staffing pressure while growing the project pipeline, and is expected to save nearly $4 million a year in construction management costs—with strong user adoption and plans to extend access to general contractors.
